Within USA (Excluding Hawaii):

Free 1-2 day shipping within Washington State. 

Rest of US: Standard flat rate $5.00. Free delivery on orders over $50

Orders are shipped with tracking via UPS from our location in Arlington, Washington. Orders leave our warehouse same or next business day. 

Transit times:

1-2 days within Washington State

2-3 days West Coast US

3-4 days Mid West US

3-6 days East Coast US

We guarantee the quality of our products. If an item hasn't met your expectations, you can send it back to us. If you are unhappy with your Therm product for any reason within 30 days of purchase we will accept it back for a refund or credit. 

12 Month Warranty / Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: 

We know every now and then things can go wrong after a bit of wear! If you have encountered a fault within 12 months of your purchase, please contact us in writing at hello@thermkids.com with details and photographs of the problem so we may rectify the issue. 

Size Exchanges: 

We are happy to exchange items providing they are returned unworn (except for trying on), with tags intact. 

  1. Please email us at hello@thermkids.com to advise us of the return. Please state your order number, name, and items that will be returned + reason of the return. 
  2. We will send you a prepaid return label (US addresses only). 
  3. To ensure a speedy replacement and stock availability, we request that you place a new order for the replacement items. We will always honour any discount that was paid on the original order.  
  4. We will then refund the returned items back to your original payment method within 7 days of receipt. 

Refunds are processed weekly. Returns shipped without prior notice and an official return label may not be accepted. 

Please ensure the returned item meets the below requirements:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • All hangtags & stickers must be attached to the garment in their original state.
  • All merchandise must be clean, unwashed and unworn.
  • Please fold garments neatly inside the return package to avoid unnecessary crumpling.
  • Your original Order Number, RMA and your Name must accompany the return. 
  • All garments are subject to inspection
